We only ship small packages (up to 4 lbs that fits in a small 8-5/8" x 5-3/8" x 1-5/8"  priority box) via USPS (United States Postal Services) priority boxes outside of the USA

• You must call ((860) 665-9904) or E-MAIL us for RMA # (Returned Merchandise Authorization)

• We will give a full refund (no restocking fees) minus the shipping if returned within 30 days of purchase date and all merchandise is in resalable condition  (including all Manuals and packaging if applicable).

• There are no returns on special order items (none stock/special large quantities)

• After 30 days and less then 60 days  there is a 20% restocking fee on all merchandise in resalable condition  (including all Manuals and packaging if applicable).. 

• There are no refunds of any kind on any merchandise after 60 days.

• There are no refunds without RMA #
